CurrencyFair

CurrencyFair is a peer-to-peer currency exchange service: instead of converting through a bank's rate, it matches users wanting to exchange in opposite directions.

That matching can produce rates better than a provider's own quote when there is liquidity in your currency pair, and falls back to a quoted rate when there is not.

It suits regular transfers between a fixed pair of currencies more than one-off conversions in unusual pairs.
