Arbiscan

Arbiscan is the block explorer for Arbitrum, an Ethereum layer-2 network that processes transactions off the main chain and settles back to it.

Because layer-2 transactions are cheaper, many applications have moved there, and confirming activity requires the layer-2 explorer rather than the Ethereum one — a frequent source of confusion when a transfer appears missing.

Its interface follows the same conventions as the main Ethereum explorer, including contract verification and token approval tools.
